You can have every piece of personal data Prisma holds about you deleted. This page explains how.
Before Launch: Waitlist Emails
If you joined the waitlist and want off, email support@prisma.onl from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my data". We will remove your email from the waitlist and confirm within 30 days, usually much sooner.
After Launch: In-App Deletion
Once Prisma launches, you will be able to delete your account directly from the app's settings. Deleting your account:
- Immediately revokes and deletes the access tokens of every connected social account;
- Permanently erases your account, channels, posts, and media within 30 days;
- Cannot be undone.
If you prefer, you can always request deletion by email instead: support@prisma.onl.
What Deletion Does Not Cover
Content Prisma already published to your social networks lives on those networks. Deleting your Prisma data does not remove published posts. Payment records held by Stripe are retained as required by tax law.
